About
Fowey Harbour on the south Cornish coast is a classic West Country port with a deep-water channel navigable by substantial vessels. The town clings to steep wooded hillsides above the Fowey River and has inspired writers from Daphne du Maurier to Kenneth Grahame. The Royal Fowey Yacht Club welcomes visitors and the harbour hosts the famous Fowey Royal Regatta in August. A natural stop on the Celtic Fringe cruising route.
